hair damage is usual between women, teenagers,ect. Now if you find yourself in a really damaged,dry and even un-shiny hair I have some tips for you !!!!!!!!

1. Don't freak out
2. Use your favorite king of shampoo (i would recomend ''suave'' products or ''herbal essences'')
3.Make sure you don't use hot tools on your hair such as blow dryers, hair straightners, curling irons, ect.
4.continue doing this from 4-6 weeks and feel the great healthy difference it makes, you deserve a nice and healthy hair to look great wherever you go and not get scared of going out when you just washed it and it is still wet.
