Eat healthy !!!!!! one of the most important things about beauty is weight so for this i would recomend a diet not that strict but easy going, also i would say go to the gym about three or four times a week, and i would also recomend special k cornflakes to strt your day

DONT EAT BANNANAS IN THE NIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
